The KoMo Fidifloc Medium combines a 360 watt motor powered grinding mill with a hand operated flaking mill. The grinder side will grind wheat (both hard and soft), oat groats (dehulled oats), rice, triticale, kamut, spelt, buckwheat, barley, rye, millet, teff, quinoa, amaranth, sorghum and dent (field) corn. It will also grind spices, lentils and dry beans (pinto, red, garbanzo, kidney, etc.) It isn't suitable for herbs, oilseeds like flax or sesame, popcorn, or fibrous materials. The flaker is perfect for rolling all softer grains like oat groats. The 8-5/8" flaker handle is removable from the cabinet. The entire flaker assembly also can be removed from the cabinet for separate use, if you like. The KoMo FidiFloc Medium is your complete, all-in-one grinding & flaking center!
